Meet the Team

Dr Farzad Alsafi graduated as a dental surgeon from the Umeå University in Sweden in 1999.

He has been a principal dentist in mixed NHS/Private practices since 2001 with in depth experience in different areas of dentistry, specifically within prosthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr Alsafi works at Leeming Dental Clinic, and Bright Dental Practice.He has a particular interest in multi disciplinary cases, such as prevention, restoration, full mouth rehabilitation and final aesthetics.

 Dr Alsafi commits to continuous extensive personal education programmes to continually improve his surgical skills.

Dr Payman Shahipassand graduated as a dental surgeon from Gothenburg in 1993 and has been registered with the General Dental Council since January 1997. He is one of the Principal Dentists at Leeming Dental Clinic.

With a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, Dr Shahipassand has developed extensive skills in tooth whitening, implants, and tooth straightening—helping patients achieve natural-looking, confident smiles. He is also experienced in a variety of implant and denture systems, offering long-lasting solutions for both cosmetic and functional dental needs.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys football, going to the gym, and spending quality time with his family.

Graduating in 2002, I have been dedicated to dentistry for over 25 years, providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. As a general dentist, I take pride in offering a wide range of treatments, from routine check-ups to advanced restorative and aesthetic procedures.

I am especially known for my gentle and reassuring approach, helping children and nervous patients feel at ease in the dental chair. My goal is always to make each visit as comfortable and positive as possible, while achieving the best results for every smile.

In addition to general dentistry, I have a special interest in facial aesthetics, offering treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox, and anti-wrinkle procedures to enhance natural beauty and boost confidence.

With a passion for patient care, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ongoing learning, I strive to deliver exceptional results in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Dr Felicia Ng qualified from Kings College London in 1999. She has vast experience in all aspects of both NHS and private, general and cosmetic dentistry .Her knowledge and attention to detail results in the finest possible treatment for a wide array of dental concerns.

As part of Dr Ng’s continued professional development, she has completed Dr Chris Orr’s one year certification course in advanced Aesthetic Dentistry. She is also a provider of Fastbrace and Inman aligner which are cosmetics braces that can straighten teeth in a short period of time.

Felicia has a gentle easy going manner and is particularly recommended for helping nervous patients feel at ease. She is also provides children with a positive and comfortable dental experience.

Dr. Ali Al-Bakri is a passionate dentist committed to ethical, patient-centered care. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with particular interest in restorative treatments and oral surgery. With a focus on aesthetic and functional restorations such as composite fillings and porcelain crowns, he takes pride in delivering durable, high-quality results that are tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Dr. Al-Bakri holds dental degrees from Baghdad University and Peninsula Dental School, UK, as well as advanced qualifications in Dental Public Health from Queen Mary University of London and the Royal College of Surgeons. His academic background and clinical expertise allow him to combine the latest evidence-based techniques with a thoughtful, holistic approach to patient care.

Dedicated to continual learning, he regularly attends advanced training courses to stay up to date with innovations in dentistry. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence are reflected in his restorative work, where his goal is not only to restore smiles, but also to enhance confidence and quality of life.

Dr. Hiba Odabashy graduated from King’s College London in 2005 and went on to gain the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MJDF RCS Eng) in 2010.

With over two decades of experience in general dentistry, Hiba is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health and feel more confident in their smiles. She is a certified provider of both Invisalign®️ and Six Month Smiles®️, offering discreet, modern orthodontic solutions tailored to adult patients.

Hiba is particularly skilled in supporting nervous patients and takes great pride in caring for children with special needs. Her calm, compassionate approach helps patients feel at ease throughout their treatment.

Outside of work, Hiba is a busy mum to two teenage boys. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching football, and relaxing with a good book whenever she finds a quiet moment.

Organised, approachable, and always ready to lend a hand, Pouran is the heart of our practice behind the scenes. With a career in dentistry that began in 2009, she brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and calm professionalism to the team. As Practice Manager, she ensures everything runs smoothly day to day—from coordinating appointments and managing compliance to supporting staff and ensuring every patient has a positive experience.

What sets Pouran apart is her genuine care—for both the team and the patients. She believes a well-run, welcoming practice starts with happy staff and confident patients, and she works hard to create just that.

Outside of work, Pouran loves spending quality time with her son, staying active at the gym, and winding down with good music—whether that’s a favorite playlist or something new to discover.

Her favorite part of the job? “Being part of a team that genuinely cares and seeing the positive difference we make in people’s lives every day.”

Qualified as a Dentist from India in 2014. I had recently completed my Master’s in Healthcare Leadership from BPP University, London. Prior to this, I had done my Master’s in Dental Public Health from the University of Sheffield in 2020. I got registered as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist in 2021. I have been in dentistry for the last 8 years. I value and respect my work as a Hygienist with The key aim is to achieve optimal oral health among patients through education, oral disease prevention, and dental health promotion. I am always empathetic towards my patients and willing to help them in every aspect.

Bubbly, outgoing and strives to help- Tate Stafford has over a year of experience working in dentistry, complimented by many years in the NHS industry. Tate’s passion for the healthcare sector has always driven her to provide the best possible service and support to patients and colleagues alike. Tate particularly enjoys the role of dental receptionist, as it allows her to be the first point of contact — welcoming patients, putting them at ease, and ensuring their journey begins on the right note. For Tate, the role is about more than just appointments and administration; it is about creating a warm, professional environment where every person feels valued and cared for.

Friendly, responsible, and always on the go, Viktorija brings a diverse background and strong work ethic to her role as a Dental Nurse. Since starting in dentistry in 2021, she has applied her skills from previous roles to support the smooth running of the clinic and deliver exceptional patient care.

Naturally organised and proactive, Viktorija thrives both independently and as part of a team. She enjoys the variety that each day in the practice brings and loves working with people from all walks of life—always aiming to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, Viktorija stays active through sports, enjoys discovering new places through travel, and is often found with a good book in hand. She also holds a full driving licence, making her flexible and reliable wherever she’s needed.

Her goal? “To continue growing in my dental nursing career and gain even more hands-on experience while helping patients feel at ease.”

Shivangi Joshi – calm , composed,multi- tasker, skilled and steady handed and always ready to help with her detail orientation

you’ll often find me either at the reception desk greeting patients or assisting our dentists chairside. I am originally a qualified  dentist in India (BDS) and later moved to the UK, where I’ve been working as a dental nurse. I love combining my dental knowledge with a friendly, welcoming approach.

I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and warm, approachable care to our team because it is “Bridging clinical expertise with a warm welcome.” I am committed to maintaining high standards of care, professionalism, and patient comfort at every stage of their dental journey. At leeming dental clinic, I’m proud to be part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of dental care in a friendly and supportive environment.

Energetic, cheerful, and always ready with a laugh, Hananeh has been working in dentistry since 2022 and brings a vibrant, positive energy to the practice. Whether assisting chairside or supporting the team behind the scenes, she’s known for her contagious giggle and upbeat attitude that helps put patients at ease.

Hananeh loves the hands-on nature of dental nursing and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.

Outside of work, she’s full of energy—whether she’s dancing, playing volleyball, or binge-watching her favourite TV shows. She’s the kind of team member who brings both skill and spirit to everything she does.

Her favourite part of the job? “Making people smile—literally and figuratively!”
